Ordering Goods
- All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
- When you submit an order to us on our website via email you
will receive a 'bounce back' confirmatory email of this order saying
that we are processing your order. You will then receive a second email
from us acknowledging your order and giving you estimated timescales
for delivery. You should check this second email for accuracy and let
us know immediately if there are any errors. Your order will be
accepted by us
- Cancellation of orders after dispatch will not be accepted.
Shipping/Delivery
- Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we
specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability
for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability
for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or
delayed deliveries.
- All items are subject to stock availability.
- When we deliver goods to you please inspect goods on arrival
and sign for them only if you are satisfied goods are in good
condition. If goods are damaged or short please sign for as damaged or
short. Do not refuse the delivery. We will arrange collection of faulty
goods and replacements within 7 days. Please read our Returns section for more details.
- At the moment we only deliver to the United Kingdom and Eire and delivery costs will vary according to destination.
Payment
- If you are paying for your order by debit or credit card we will
take payment from your card at the time the goods are dispatched. Any
payment made to us will be refunded if we do not accept your order.
- If buyer fails to make payment on the due date, interest on
overdue payments shall accrue at the rate of 2%per month from the date
that payment became due until actual payment. Any legal costs incurred
in obtaining payment will be payable by the buyer. By completing an
application for credit account facilities, the Company will take this
as your authority to take up references to satisfy itself as to the
extent of credit to be granted, we may also share this information with
other providers of credit checking services and/or the Giftware
Association. These conditions are the contract between the customer and
the company and shall be subject to and construed in accordance with
English law.
- Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date
and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we
discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will
contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You
may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct
information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order
as canceled.
Privacy Policy—
- Your privacy is important to us and we use the information we collect about
you only to process your orders and to keep you informed of our
products and services. We do not sell, rent and lease your details to
anyone. Your privacy is important to us and we use the information.
Returns and Refunds:
- Before returning damaged or faulty goods we request that you contact us.
- All shortages and damages must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
- We will replace or refund damaged goods provided they are returned complete, unused and in their original packaging.
- Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if you
notify us about the damaged goods after more than 14 days starting the
day after receipt of goods.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel a contract for no reason at all and without penalty.
To cancel a contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you order the goods from us.
If you decide to cancel and the goods have not been shipped it would be appreciated if you would notify us at your earliest convenience to prevent unnecessary shipping costs.
Although your right to cancel applies to the majority of products offered from our site we take this opportunity to advise that the right to cancel does not apply to:
personalised goods or goods made to your specification goods that cannot, by their nature, be returned perishable goods (eg flowers, fresh food etc.) Un-sealed (i.e. opened) audio or video recordings or computer software newspapers, periodicals or magazines betting, gaming or lottery services

Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. We will then issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), which will allow us to trace and match your return to your account with us. Please note it is essential that the RAN number is clearly stated on the returned package(s) and mentioned in all associated correspondence. Failure to mention the RAN number will cause delays.
The return of any item is the responsibility of the customer so we therefore advise you to send the item(s) back by some form of recorded delivery method, as proof of postage is not proof of delivery. We also advise you to ensure the goods are adequately protected, packaged and insured for their return journey
Providing we have received the goods back in a satisfactory and re-saleable condition, we shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods (if required), within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. If the goods were ordered especially for you there will be a re-stocking charge.
Please note that once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost and in a satisfactory condition to the returns address below. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested, we can arrange collection of the goods from you at your cost. |
